Are your products authentic?
Yes. We source, vet and resell genuine items from established brands such as Bath & Body Works and Cien, exactly as photographed.
How can I pay?
We accept M-Pesa and major debit and credit cards. An order is confirmed once payment is received.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days of payment. Delivery times vary by location within Kenya.
How much is delivery?
It depends on your delivery address and is shown at checkout. The current fees are listed on the Shipping & Delivery page.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you.
Can I return something I've changed my mind about?
Not once it's opened or used, because these are cosmetic and personal care products.
